We
are unable to offer our products for re-sale purposes at this time.
Will you ship to Canada or International addresses?
Unfortunately, due to the heighten security and requirements for
International shipments, we do not currently offer shipments outside of
the United States.
What
shipping options are available?
Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our distribution center within 3
business days from your order date. Your order will be shipped will
arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Rush
Delivery
For an additional $20.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to
most destinations via 2nd Day Air. (see Order by and
Delivery chart below) We regret that this service is not available
for some oversize items, items shipped directly from our
manufacturer and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states or
to a PO Box, APO or FPO address. Please advised some remote
destinations are not eligible for 2nd Day Air service and may incur
an additional transit day for delivery.

Is there an additional cost for shipment outside of the continental U.S?
Shipments outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and
US Territories, including APO or FPO) may incur additional shipping
costs above the standard shipping rate. The additional costs will be
calculated at the time of shipment.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or
American Express. Personal checks,
company checks, money orders and purchase orders may not be used for
online purchases.
Is the credit card information I submit secure?
Absolutely. Every step of the online ordering process that requests
credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept
it.
How do I purchase/redeem a gift card?
To
order gift cards in any multiple of $25.00,
click here.
Gift
cards purchased online may be redeemed online only. Gift
Cards are sent via USPS first class mail with a special gift
message that you provide.
Gift
cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and
not redeemable for cash. After the initial purchase using the gift
card, the balance, if any, will carry forward until the
expiration date of the gift card.
When
redeeming a gift card for an online purchase, please enter
the gift card number in the “Enter Gift Card Number” box
during the checkout process.
Will
I receive confirmation of my online order?
When placing your order online, an email address will be required to
complete your checkout process. A confirmation of your order will be
sent to the email address provided within 24 hours.
Due to spam blockers installed through many ISPs, you may not receive
your confirmation due to the email being blocked. Therefore, we
recommend you write your online order number down after completing the
checkout process or print your receipt page for future reference.
How can I make a change to my order?
When completing your
checkout process, please review the information carefully and make any
adjustments prior to selecting the submit order button. However, if you
discover an error or wish to make a change after your order has been
submitted, please contact us

In order to expedite the change, please include your
online order number in your request. Unfortunately, changes may not be
made for orders already in process.
How do I know if an item is on backorder?
If
an item is temporarily out of stock, the item will be listed as
“backorder” on the product purchase page.
If
the out of stock item will delay shipment of your entire order, you
will receive an email notification. This notification will include
the estimated date of when the out of stock product will arrive and
your order will be shipped.
If
an item is temporarily out of stock but the balance of your order is
available for shipment, the balance will be shipped and the out of
stock item will be listed as a “backorder” on your shipping
confirmation and packing slip with an anticipated shipping date.
We will ship the
backordered item(s) to you at our cost and you will not incur
additional shipping costs for the item(s).
Because many of our products are exclusive designs, they are
available in limited quantities. If an item that has been ordered
is no longer available, you will receive an email notification with
the option to exchange for another item. If you do not wish to
exchange for another item, your order will automatically be canceled
within 7 days.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days (Monday – Friday)
from the date of your order. You will receive an email notification of
your shipment with tracking information.

received a shipping notification within 3 business days of placing your
order and would like to check on the status of your shipment, please

Do you provide a discount for large quantity or corporate orders?
Many times, we can
offer a greater discount for large quantity orders. To inquire about
potential discounts and availability for large quantities, please
contact us
for assistance. Please include the product you are inquiring about; the
quantity and size(s) if applicable.
Will you sell or rent my email or personal information?
Never.
We
use the information you provide for internal purposes only, such as
confirming your order, subscription or registration, informing you of
our new products, services and offers, etc. We do not share this
information with anyone outside of Under One Hut and its subsidiaries unless
responding to an inquiry of a credit card company or law enforcement
agency
