What
shipping options are available?
Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our distribution center within 3
business days from your order date. Your order will be shipped
to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Rush Delivery
For an additional $20.00 per address, we can expedite delivery
to most destinations via 2nd Day Air. (see Order by
and Delivery chart below) We regret that this service is not
available for some oversize items, items shipped directly from
our manufacturer and items shipped outside the contiguous 48
states or to a PO Box, APO or FPO address. Please be advised
some remote destinations are not eligible for 2nd Day Air
service and may incur an additional transit day for delivery.

Will you ship to Canada or International addresses?
Unfortunately, due to the heightened security and requirements for
International shipments, we do not currently offer shipments outside of
the United States.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shipments to a Post Office box at this
time. Please provide a physical address for shipment.
Is there an additional cost for shipment outside of the continental U.S?
Shipments outside of the Continental US (Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and
US Territories, including APO or FPO) may incur additional shipping
costs above the standard shipping rate. The additional costs will be
calculated at the time of shipment.
How do I know when my order has been shipped?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days (Monday –
Friday) from the date of your order. You will receive an email
notification of your shipment.
If
you have not received a shipping notification and would like to
check on the status of your shipment, please contact us to request a shipment status. Please include your online order

Will I be charged additional shipping for backordered products?
We
will ship the backordered item to you at our cost and you will not incur
additional shipping costs for the item(s).
What is a surcharge?
Some
items are larger and/or heavier than normal and therefore our cost to
ship them is higher than other items. Therefore, these items have a
delivery surcharge. This charge is listed in parenthesis ($) after the
item price and is in addition to the standard shipping rate.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping costs are based upon your merchandise order
total.

How will my order arrive?
Most
orders are shipped via ground service and delivered Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays. Some items may arrive in separate shipments
or via another carrier of our choice.
Undeliverable orders or refused orders.
When
entering your shipping address, please assure the information is
accurate. Deliveries that are returned by the carrier due to an
incorrect address we were provided, an incomplete address,
undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, etc... will incur re-shipment costs
as well as a $5.00 administration cost. If the delivery was unclaimed
or refused, the order will not be reshipped. The original shipping
costs will not be refunded and a $10 restocking fee will be deducted
from the return credit. |
